In the Spring of 2016, I was fortunate to have been selected as a finalist in the 2016 National Trumpet Competition. I ended up winning 3rd place in the jazz division for the 2nd year in a row.

Latest Glenn Miller Orchestra Album Cover
JUN 2013 For the past year I have been touring with the World Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra, playing the 3rd/jazz trumpet chair. It's been a rewarding experience traveling and playing for audiences across the country on a weekly basis. Since I joined the band in July 2012 I have traveled to over 40 states, Canada, Japan, and traveled across the atlantic from Miami to Portugal via cruise ship. In January 2013, the Glenn Miller Orchestra spent two days in the recording studio recording their latest album which was released this week (June 11, 2013). I'm honored to have been apart of this project. Check out the Listen section of my site and you can preview the album with a solo I have on the popular Miller hit,"In The Mood".
On a recent break from the band I spent time back home in the San Francisco Bay Area where I was able to spend time in the recording studio recording a few tracks. Joined with me were some of my favorite musicians from the Bay, bassist Mike Bordelon, drummer Greg Wyser-Pratt and pianist Alex Conde. You can preview an original tune I wrote and re-recorded in tribute to my late grandmother ("Song For Lola"). I'll put up the rest soon. Thanks for checking out my site!
